As a values-based organization, we treat the protection of our privacy and the protection and secure storage of all our data as a priority.  Information collected is for the purpose of providing you excellent customer service.

We do not sell or trade customer information to marketing companies or information brokers.

What personal information does Jabulani collect and retain?

As it relates to customer charge accounts, we collect information such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email so that we’re able to provide you with discounts and promotional offers and events.

Online Profiles and Online Shopping data is used for customers making online purchases.  We also use cookies and website analysis tools.  This information allows us to understand how visitors use the site and how we can make it easier to navigate the site for customers.

How is information collected?

Information is collected through applications and forms you submit to us, through consumer reporting agencies, by telephone, in person, through the mail or through information provided by email or online.

Would we ever share your information?

We may share information with a third party or business associate who performs certain essential services for us; for example, names and addresses would be shared with postal and delivery services to mail products or promotional offers.  As permitted or required by law, we insist these partners follow the same rules and confidentiality standards as Jabulani.
